Happy new year False Hopes!
I wish you have a good party today and try not to blow yourself off with the fireworks. I'm heading to friends party later tonight and probably end up drinking the whole night. If I can make it back home remains to be seen.
I'm pretty happy how things have turned out after Christmas, we've gotten nice new members and at least I've had really good time playing. Also last night one Finnish player (who I didn't know) just gave me all his money since he was quitting, so today I actually had enough gold to make the guild tabard. I hope you like it, here's a preview!

What we should do now
I believe that the TBC raiding (at least in our guild) won't be starting until 1-2 months. There is still three weeks time before TBC comes out and when it does I want people to be able to level there in their own pace. You do not need to race through to hit lvl 70 fast. There is tons of new content and I think it's fair that everyone can experience that content without someone whipping their back all the time and urging to make progress.
Anyway, while waiting for TBC and when you are leveling to 70, please keep an eye on people you play with and who seem nice and skilled, people you'd want to be in the guild. I have no doubt that most people have not stuck up with the guilds where they are now, so do not hesitate to tell them about us. And if they get interested urge them to check out this website.
I am really happy to have you in the guild, for me one big reason to play is to have fun chatting and doing instances with you. And if we hit 60 before TBC then it's time for some premade PvP mayhem ;)
Cheers!

We are online!
Well one thing you can do on Christmas eve is to play with your laptop and get a blogpage done and set up the forums. Especially the latter part was a bit annoying since I haven't done that before. Anyway it all seems to work ok now and I'm pretty content with it.
Now todays mission is to write stuff down about guild recruitment at least. There are other things as well that I have been thinking such as raid specs but I think I'll wait until we get few more people along. Anyway the initial thought is that I do not want to force specs. Obviously not every warrior can be fury/arms and not every priest can be shadow, but rather than force something I wish we can discuss this together and see who wants to do which spec.
Oh, and Merry Christmas guys!
